Past PHB Committees
In September 2024, City Council adopted Ordinance 191898, consolidating the functions of three Portland Housing Bureau advisory bodies into a single entity, Portland Advisory Committee on Housing. The materials and work products of the three consolidated committees, Portland Housing Advisory Commission (PHAC), Rental Services Commission (RSC), and the Fair Housing Advocacy Committee (FHAC) have been archived and remain publicly available.
