Mission
The mission of PACH is to elevate the importance of housing stabilization in Portland communities by providing comprehensive advice to the Mayor, City Administrator, Deputy City Administrator, Director of PHB, and Council.

Recruitment for PACH has been paused to incorporate City guidance on advisory bodies through the Advisory Bodies Enhancement Project.
Past PHB Committees
