The Beatrice Morrow is an 80-unit multi-family rental project developed by PCRI in the Eliot neighborhood located on NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. This project features a mix of spacious studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units for families earning up to 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Project amenities include: a large community room, laundry facilities on each floor, on-site property management, air conditioning, elevator access and secured entry.
Charlotte B. Rutherford Place

Rutherford Place is a 51-unit multi-family rental project developed by Central City Concern in the Arbor Lodge neighborhood located on 6905 N Interstate Ave. This building features a mix of one and two-bedroom units for families earning up to 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Project amenities include a private interior courtyard and common area, solar PV-system, luxury vinyl wood-like tile, and on-site parking (limited).
Garlington Place

Garlington Place is a 52-unit multi-family rental project developed by Cascasdia Behavioral Health in the Eliot neighborhood located at 3043 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Thirty-one units are subject to the city’s N/NE Preference Policy. This project features a mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom units for families earning up to 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Amenities include a secured entry, laundry facilities, on-site parking, a community garden, and a spacious community room. This building is adjacent to the Garlington Health Center where community members can access wellness courses.
Garlington Place is owned by Cascadia Behavioral Health and did not receive funding from PHB. However, they volunteered to lease a portion of the building to households on the Preference Policy waitlist. For more information about this project, please contact Cascadia Behavioral Health.
King + Parks

King + Parks is a 70-unit apartment community developed by Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives in the Piedmont neighborhood at 6445 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. Forty-nine units are subject to the city’s N/NE Preference Policy. The development consists of spacious one, two, and three-bedroom townhome-style units for families earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Amenities include secured entry, air conditioning, on-site parking, on-site management, laundry facilities on each floor, and a large multifunctional community room with culturally competent resident services.

Amenities include secure entry, a bike storage room, a community garden, on-site management, a community event space, common patio and BBQ area, on-site resident services coordinator, a community maker space/workshop area, and a kids’ indoor play area and outdoor playground.

Amenities include a fitness room, elevator access, on-site parking, community rooms, on-site laundry facilities, secure bike storage, resident services and programs, and an outdoor play area and courtyards.
Songbird

Amenities include bike storage, elevator access, on-site management, outdoor gathering areas, community rooms with kitchens, and coin-operated laundry facilities overlooking the children’s play area.
