This project features a mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom units for families earning up to 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Amenities include a secured entry, laundry facilities, on-site parking, a community garden, and a spacious community room. This building is adjacent to the Garlington Health Center where community members can access wellness courses.

The development consists of spacious one, two, and three-bedroom townhome-style units for families earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Amenities include secured entry, air conditioning, on-site parking, on-site management, laundry facilities on each floor, and a large multifunctional community room with culturally competent resident services.
