Interstate Plan Amendment to Increase the Maximum Indebtedness

The public is invited to email written testimony to the Council Clerk at cctestimony@portlandoregon.gov.

Speak at the public hearing

The public can provide oral testimony at the hearing on December 16. Registration will open once the agenda is published on Friday, December 11 to the City Council agenda page. The deadline to sign up to testify at the meeting is Tuesday, December 15, at 4:00 pm.
