Garden Park Estates is Complete

Construction is complete at Garden Park Estates! This redevelopment project from Innovative Housing, Inc. expanded the existing 63-unit complex into 117 energy-efficient affordable homes, studios to 3-bedrooms. Construction was completed in three phases - all units are now open to low-income households.

Located in Powellhurst-Gilbert, Garden Park Estates includes 25 units of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) for those exiting homelessness. 88% of units are family-sized, and amenities include a children's play area and outdoor amphitheater for Innovative Housing's youth arts program. LRS Architects designed the complex and LMC Construction served as general contractor.

Garden Park Estates received Metro Housing Bond funds from PHB. The Metro Bond will provide affordable homes for over 5000 low-income Portlanders, with 1206 units now open. Thank you to metro-area voters for supporting affordable housing!
