Resident services will be provided by IRCO Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization, Somali American Council of Oregon ( SACOO), Black Parent Initiative, and ISOS. LRS Architects and Access Architecture designed the project, and Todd Construction Inc. is General Contractor.
PHB used federal CDBG funds to buy the site, as well as Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF) dollars to help the project meet energy efficiency goals, and funds from the voter-approved Metro Housing Bond, which is bringing 2,150 affordable homes to Portland, with more to be announced. PHB is exceeding all major goals for the Metro Housing Bond — thank you to the voters of the Metro region for supporting this vital work!
