Financing has closed at Jamii Court, meaning construction can now begin! This family-focused project from Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH) brings 96 new affordable homes, studios to 4-bedrooms, to the West Portland Park neighborhood. Resident services are provided by Urban League of Portland and and HAKI Community Organization.

This Metro Housing Bond-supported project includes 49 deeply affordable units, 15 of which are Permanent Supportive Housing for those exiting homelessness. Jamii Court also received Portland Clean Energy Community Benefit Funds (PCEF) dollars to support energy efficiency.

Amenities include community rooms, a lending library, flexible outdoor space with fruit trees, and computer stations. Jamii Court is located near frequent bus lines, parks, schools, and the library. The project was designed by LRS Architects and O'Neill/Walsh Community Builders is serving as General Contractor.

Over 500 affordable homes funded by the Metro Bond have opened in 2025, as PHB exceeds all major goals for the Bond, producing homes for over 5300 Portlanders. Thank you to the voters for supporting affordable housing!
