Kafoury Court has opened! This new development from PCRI brings 40 units of Permanent Supportive Housing to the King neighborhood of Northeast Portland, with deep affordability and wraparound services from PCRI and the Northwest Pilot Project for those exiting homelessness.

Containing 5 studios and 35 1-bedrooms, amenities at Kafoury Court include balconies, sunrooms, and community rooms, as well as great access to transit, parks and groceries. The building was designed by Design Research Office and Colas Construction served as General Contractor.

PHB awarded Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF) dollars to help the project meet energy efficiency goals. All units feature heat pumps, low-flow fixtures, and dedicated water heaters, and the roof is solar-ready with a cool-roof finish.
