As of September 13, 2024, Meridian Gardens, developed by Central City Concern (CCC), is open to tenants. This project brings 85 studio and SRO units to Powellhurst-Gilbert, designed for those experiencing or at risk of homelessness who are in Substance Use Disorder treatment.
65 of the units at Meridian Gardens provide Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), with the remainder regulated affordable to those making <30% AMI. All units will be served by experienced CCC staff with recovery-oriented programming. The project is adjacent to CCC's Cedar Commons PSH development and Crescent Court family apartments.

On-site amenities include a shared community garden, recovery group rooms, a resident gym, and a large courtyard. The project is served by Trimet's Division Bus Rapid Transit FX2 line. Meridian Gardens is funded by the voter-approved Metro Housing Bond, which is bringing over 2000 affordable homes to Portland, and exceeding all goals.
