This application is subject to approval through an ordinance proposed to City Council. The submission is due on the part of PHB to HUD on 6/5/24. PHB has also published the full application. The public is invited to provide comments on the application prior to the submission.

The Portland Housing Bureau (PHB) is publishing its intent to apply for the HUD PRICE NOFO. This application is subject to approval through an ordinance proposed to City Council. This submission is due on the part of PHB to HUD on June, 5 2024. PHB has also published the full application. The public is invited to provide comments on the application prior to the submission. 

Submitting Testimony

The ordinance describing the proposed grant application is available for inspection by the general public, once posted to the agenda on May 17, 2024.
