Starting June 3, 2025, customers who use a credit or debit card to pay their sewer, stormwater, and water bill will pay a 2.95% processing fee. To avoid this fee, customers can make an electronic payment directly from their bank account. Learn more.

The public is invited to provide testimony on the draft permanent rules. Please submit your comments by November 20, 2024. A hybrid public hearing will be held on November 19, 2024 from 2:30 - 4:00 pm. Follow the link to register.

The Portland Housing Bureau (PHB) published and adopted on an interim basis the Interim & Draft Permanent Administrative Rules for both the Inclusionary Housing (IH) Program and the Multiple-Unit Limited Tax Exemption (MULTE) Program on October 1, 2024. The changes made in these rules reflect further updates and clarification to the updates made in the Interim Rules for both programs made effective March 1, 2024 which implemented code changes adopted by City Council on January 31, 2024 through Ordinance 191610. The public is invited to provide testimony on the draft rules prior to their permanent adoption.
