In his introduction to the report, Oversight Committee Chair Dr. Steven Holt writes: " In this report you are going to read about some things worth celebrating. You are going to see the results of eight years' worth of staying the course of affordable rental housing, home ownership opportunities, land banking, and preventing displacement. You will see what happens when leadership is willing to do business differently and prioritize specific communities to be thoughtful and equitable. You will see what happens when promises that have been made, become promises that are kept."
