As part of the Inflation Reduction Act, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is conducting the Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP) to  improve housing quality and resilience of certain HUD-assisted multifamily properties by making $837.5 million available in grants and up to $4 billion in loan authority. The goals of the GRRP are to reduce energy and water use, make properties more resilient to extreme weather events and natural disasters, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

The Oregon Community Foundation is holding a webinar about the GRRP on Wednesday, November 29th at 2pm PT for participants to learn more about the program and how to take advantage of this funding opportunity.
