The Portland Housing Bureau (PHB) is sharing draft rules for the Deeper Housing Affordability (DHA) Program. The draft rules reflect changes needed to implement the affordable housing bonuses associated with the recently adopted Residential Infill Project. The public is invited to provide feedback on the draft rules prior to publishing as Interim Rules on August 1, 2021. Additional opportunities for engagement on changes to the DHA Program will occur after August 1, 2021.
