Updates to the Maximum Subsidy Limits for projects located in the Central Eastside Urban Renewal Area.

The Portland Housing Bureau (PHB) is issuing an addendum to update the Investment Requirements of the Metro Bond Opportunity Solicitation (M-BOS). The addendum updates the Maximum Subsidy Limits for projects located in the Central Eastside Urban Renewal Area as follows:

  • Maximum subsidy limit for new construction projects located in the Central Eastside URA will be $160,000 of combined PHB subsidy (Metro Bond and Central Eastside TIF).
  • Maximum subsidy limit for acquisition/rehab projects located in the Central Eastside URA will be $123,000 of combined PHB subsidy (Metro Bond and Central Eastside TIF).

Proposers are not responsible for determining the split between Portland’s Eligible Share of the Metro Housing Bond and Central Eastside Tax Increment Financing funds.
