Albina One Opens Its Doors

Albina Vision Trust have completed their first affordable housing development. Albina One brings 94 units to the Eliot neighborhood, including 32 deeply affordable units for extremely low income households. This project was funded by the Metro Housing Bond.

PHB and N/NE Oversight Committee Present 2024 Annual Report to Housing & Homelessness Committee

The N/NE Neighborhood Housing Strategy has opened 563 affordable rental units and 78 affordable homeownership units, created 127 new homeowners, and provided nearly 1,300 home repair grants and loans to help prevent displacement. The Strategy is a PHB initiative to address a legacy of displacement.

73Foster Reaches Financial Closing

REACH CDC have closed financing on their 73Foster project, which will bring 64 units of affordable housing to Foster-Powell, including 22 units of Permanent Supportive Housing. It is expected to open in late 2026.

Related Northwest and IRCO have completed construction at Aldea at Glisan Landing, the ninth Metro Housing Bond project to open in Portland. Aldea contains 96 affordable homes, with 81 sized for families and 15 regulated for deep affordability.
