Developed by Innovative Housing, Inc., this project brings 149 new affordable homes to Hillsdale. 103 units will have 2-4 bedrooms for larger families, 30 of which will includes Project Based Vouchers for deep affordability.

Jamii Court Reaches Financial Closing

CPAH have closed financing on Jamii Court, which will bring 96 units of affordable housing to West Portland Park, including 15 units of Permanent Supportive Housing with supportive services from the Urban League and HAKI. It is expected to open in fall 2027.
