Join us for an informative session on Vienna, Austria's cost‑based, limited‑profit housing system. Dr. Gerlinde Gutheil‑Knopp‑Kirchwald from the Austrian Association of Non‑Profit Housing Associations – Housing Economics Department will share about Vienna's approach. The Portland Housing Bureau will also give a brief update on their recently launched study of limited‑profit housing.
This webinar is the second in a three-part series designed to build understanding, inspire conversation, and provide Portlanders with tools and language to explore social housing possibilities locally. One more webinar will be held in late May. The series is co-hosted by Neighborhood Partnerships, the Urban Commons, and Fifth Element Community Development & Consulting.
