Unified Housing Strategy - Community Roundtable
The City of Portland is working towards a Unified Housing Strategy, which will align our priorities as a City and a broader housing community, ensuring that we have a clear path to collectively addressing Portland's housing needs. The strategy is focused on four goals: producing new housing; sustaining existing housing; innovating production, preservation and stabilization; and securing long-term, sustainable funding.
This effort builds on substantial prior engagement and planning work. However, there is more to do, and we need your help.
This process involves important priority-setting, the commitment to critical partnerships, and the establishment of a shared vision for the future of housing in Portland. As stakeholders in this work, your support and input are invaluable as we refine this strategy.
Housing & Permitting Committee Chair Candace Avalos and the Community & Economic Development Service Area invite you to join us at a Community Roundtable in City Council District 1.
