Come to an in-person information session about the North/Northeast Preference Policy Waiting List for affordable rental housing. Bring your family and friends to learn about the program, the existing and upcoming rental housing opportunities, and how to apply for the waiting list.

We will talk about…

  • What the North/Northeast Housing Strategy Preference Policy Program is and how it came to be.
  • What you need to apply for the waiting list and how to prepare for the next steps.
  • Existing and upcoming waiting list rental housing opportunities.

Everyone is invited, including families with kids, longtime residents, and new residents.
