Join us for an engaging community information session hosted by the Portland Housing Bureau in collaboration with Self Enhancement Inc. (SEI) and Community Development Partners (CDP) to promote the Dr. Darrell Millner Building.

We will talk about…

  • What the North/Northeast Housing Strategy Preference Policy Program is and how it came to be.
  • What you need to apply for the waiting list and how to prepare for the next steps.
  • Qualifying criteria for the Dr. Darrell Millner Building, an upcoming rental housing opportunity in North Portland.

Everyone is invited, including families with kids, longtime residents, and new residents.
