This virtual community hearing is to share highlights of the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan and to accept public comments. The plan is a substantial amendment to Portland Consortium’s Action Plan FY 2021-22 due to the Portland Consortium receiving special allocation for the HOME Program as part of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 that allocated funding to serve households who are at greatest risk of housing instability, including individuals and families experiencing homelessness and/or who are at imminent risk of becoming homeless.
