Metro Housing Bond Request for Qualifications

Proposals are being accepted for the Portland Housing Bureau (PHB) Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide up to $15 million in capital funding from the Metro Housing Bond for development teams working to create Supportive Housing for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) households. Proposals are due by 5:00pm (PDT) on Tuesday, December 1, 2020.
