Notice of Temporary and Draft Permanent Rules for the Affordable Housing System Development Charge (SDC) Exemption Program

The public is invited to provide testimony on the draft permanent rules. Please submit your comments by October 23, 2026. A hybrid public hearing will be held on October 20, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Follow the link to register.
