Housing Profiles

Learn about housing projects that are in planning, under construction, or currently opened. In the housing profiles, you can see images of the building renderings, as well as information about amenities, size and number of affordable units, and much more. The profiles include both affordable rental projects and homeownership projects.

PHB Affordable Rental Housing Portfolio

The Portland Housing Bureau finances construction of affordable rental housing through both direct financing and indirect subsidies, such as tax exemptions and fee waivers. This map shows all PHB direct financing rental housing properties in the city of Portland. PHB has current investments in over 16,000 rental housing units throughout the city.
