CPAH have closed financing on Jamii Court, which will bring 96 units of affordable housing to West Portland Park, including 15 units of Permanent Supportive Housing with supportive services from the Urban League and HAKI. It is expected to open in fall 2027.

PHB is offering funding to support capacity building for organizations that promote home sharing. Applicants must register in advance in WebGrants by December 12. Application deadline: Wednesday, December 17 at 12:00pm.
Community-based organizations are invited to apply. These funds are meant to support existing or new programming related to housing work in east of I-205. Info Sessions: Dec. 15 and 18. Applicants new to the WebGrants system will need to register by Dec. 21. Applications due Dec. 29, 2025.
