As part of ongoing efforts to improve the City of Portland’s permitting processes, the Portland Permit Metric Dashboard is updated to offer information that helps customers understand the average times involved in different phases of the permit review process.
The City of Portland released the results of a second survey, conducted online between July 26 and Aug. 9, to gauge the effectiveness of efforts to assist customers in preparing and submitting a building permit application.
