The Chief shall post on PPB’s website final drafts of all new or revised policies that are proposed specific to force, training, community-based mental health services, crisis intervention, employee information system, officer accountability, and community engagement, to allow the public an opportunity for notice and comment, prior to finalizing such policies.

	"Thank you to PCCEP for hosting this town hall, and to COCL for considering our comments. My name is Katherine McDowell and I am a volunteer member of the Police Accountability Commission (PAC). I am also one of the co-chairs of the PAC for this Phase of Work.  We are submitting these comments in writing because none of the PAC’s co-chairs are available to attend your town hall in person tonight.  We have three comments on the COCL's assessment of the PAC's work.   
	 
	First, COCL assesses PAC compliance in Paragraph 195b, which includes other remedies beyond just the PAC. The draft report gives all of Paragraph 195 together a rating of "partial compliance.”  To clarify, the PAC is on track to finish its work by August 31, 2023, well in advance of the October 29, 2023 deadline in the Settlement Agreement.  Thus, it would be inaccurate if the partial compliance rating was construed to mean that the PAC is behind schedule or otherwise not meeting its char
