The COAD Bulletin is the easiest way to get informed and get involved with the Portland area COAD (Community Organizations Active in Disaster).

The bulletin shares resources for community organizations like meeting times, trainings, funding sources, and safety info. During any weather emergency like a heatwave, the bulletin becomes a Weather Alert and daily update for our partners with resources like open shelters.
