Fitness centers will be available beginning October 4, if public health guidelines allow. Face coverings are required within all PP&R facilities. Teens age 14-17 require a signed waiver from a parent/guardian to access fitness centers with their TeenForce pass.
Fill out the waiver
Fill out all of the required information, then get a parent/guardian to read and sign it.
Drop it off
Bring the signed and completed waiver to your nearest community center.
