Golf Advisory Committee

Information
The Golf Advisory Committee (GAC) advises the Parks & Recreation Director and the Commissioner in charge of Parks on golf program-related matters.

About Golf Advisory Committee

Objectives of the Golf Advisory Committee's work include the golf program’s strategic plan, operating budget and capital improvement projects, concession sales, management and lease contracts and proposals, marketing of the system, attracting more participants, and any other matter that furthers the public interest toward the development and operation of one of the best municipal golf systems in the country.

Members of this committee are appointed to a three-year term. Meetings are held via Zoom on the third Wednesday of each month from 12pm to 1:30pm (time and location may vary). No meeting will be held in October due to an employee appreciation event.

Members of this committee must complete this form at the conclusion of Portland Parks Golf facilities visits.
