Invasive species removal efforts have been ongoing for years in Forest Park. In 2015, with strong leadership from PP&R, support from The Forest Park Conservancy and with funding from Metro, phase one of Restore Forest Park began with restoration of over 200 acres in the Balch Creek subwatershed.
