About Lifelong Recreation

Lifelong Recreation programs are offered throughout Portland and include excursions and van trips, health and wellness, arts and crafts, music and dance, sports and fitness, hiking and walking, and much more.

Fitness in the Park

Portland Parks & Recreation's Fitness in the Park helps community members achieve their fitness goals while adhering to physical distancing recommendations and connecting to nature in our parks. All fitness levels are welcome.  Learn more and view the current class schedule here.

Silver Sneakers and Silver & Fit memberships can be used to attend Fitness in the Park classes.  Register on-site before class or by calling Monica Nettle at 503 313 3019.

Stay and Play

Portland Parks & Recreation's new Stay and Play video series presents content for you and your family on fun subjects like performing arts, preschool, visual arts, nature, sports, fitness, and swimming. Let's Stay and Play until we can be together again!
