PP&R offers a wide variety of drop-in fitness opportunities for people ages 14 and older. Charles Jordan, East Portland, Matt Dishman, Mt. Scott, and Southwest Community Center feature fitness centers with cardio and strength equipment. These regional community centers also offer personal training and a full weekly schedule of group fitness classes. Drop-in schedules can be found online and printed at community centers. 

Southwest Community Center offers a variety of educational wellness workshops. Topics include nutrition and emergency readiness.


East and Southeast Portland
