Adaptive Recreation offers activities designed for teens and adults who have a disability. Use the links below to view Adaptive Recreation activities offered throughout the city.

Inclusion Services: Recreation activities are inclusive and open to people of all abilities. Inclusion Services provides ADA (Title II) accommodations for people participating in registered activities. After registering for an activity, you can request support by submitting a PP&R - Inclusion Request Form.

Personal Aide: To register a personal aide to attend a program with you free of charge, call Adaptive Recreation at 503-823-2883.

Drop-in Activities

In addition to the registered activities listed below, PP&R offers drop-in activities that are designed for people with disabilities. Personal aids are welcome to support participants. They should check in at the front desk with the participant at the time of the activity. Drop-in schedules are available online and printed at each recreation center.

Adult Trips (ages 18 and older)

Van Trips are very popular, and we want as many people as possible to have the opportunity to participate. During the first week of registration, you can sign up for up to three trips. After the first week, you can sign up for additional trips if space is available.
