Mayor Ted Wheeler announced he will include funding for Columbia Pool in his proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
Portland Parks & Recreation will close several parks to vehicle traffic on or by early Thursday morning to help promote safe physical distancing practices and discourage overcrowding.
Portland Parks & Recreation has monitored the COVID-19 situation since it began. We continue to be in communication with, and to follow the guidance of, the Oregon Health Authority, Multnomah County Health Department, and the Portland Bureau of Emergency Management regarding the situation.
