(Portland, OR) –

Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R) presents one of the biggest splashes of the summer, our Dive-In Movies! We’re presenting a series of six different showings of Disney’s Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day at PP&R pools around town. You can watch it from the pool deck or in the pool itself. We even heat up the pools a little bit more than normal to maintain a comfort level for people in the water.

PP&R will be selling popcorn, slush puppies, and healthy snacks at the concession stands. This year we’ve added caramel popcorn and hot chocolate as a special treat. Dive-In Movies are inexpensive, wonderful family fun in a unique setting, and have been a Portland family-favorite for over 20 years! The swims will begin at 7:30pm, and the movie showings begin at approximately 8:30pm, or when the sun goes down.

All ages welcome!
