Civil Rights Title VI Complaints
File a Title VI Civil Rights Complaint with the City of Portland if you believe you have received unequal treatment or discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin. Complaints can be written in the complainant's preferred language. Citywide Language Access Program
Portland Parks & Recreation's language access services are supported by the Citywide Language Access Program. This program develops policy, standard operating procedures, tools, resources, and guidance based on national and federal standards and best practices. The program seeks to increase equitable access for community members who experience institutional language barriers.
