Grant Outdoor Pool is closed for the season and is scheduled to re-open in June 2026.

Swimming Information

View PP&R swimming information, including activity descriptions, pool rules and policies, admission fees, and more.

  • Non-swimmers and children under 48 inches tall must always have a caregiver aged 16 or older in the water within arm’s reach.
  • Children under 10 years old must always have a caregiver on-site.
  • Life jackets are available to use while swimming.

Pool Building Garden Bed Renovation

From January to March 2026, PP&R will be performing landscaping renovations of the shrub beds at the entry of the pool building. Existing vegetation will be removed to make room for pollinator-friendly and native plants.

The newly planted garden beds will increase biodiversity and attract beneficial pollinators like hummingbirds and butterflies!

History

In 2016, Grant Outdoor Pool was fully renovated with funding from the 2014 Parks Replacement Bond. These improvements included the replacement of major mechanical systems; plumbing, pumps, motors, pipes, chemical controllers, sanitation systems, gutters, deck drains, and filters. Many ADA improvements were also made in 2016, including the repair of cross slope issues on the pool deck and installation of two new pool lifts with straps.
