Join Portland Parks & Recreation for a Firewise volunteer event!
9:00 am 12:00 pm

This stewardship event will focus on removing invasive plants to help reduce fire risk in the park. Volunteers will work alongside the Hoyt Arboretum Curator and no prior experience is required. Tools and instructions will be provided.

Meeting Location 

  • Meet at the Archery Range located on SW Kingston Rd. The work site is not far from the meeting location. 
  • Parking is limited, carpooling or using the free shuttle is recommended.
  • There is a portable restroom on site.
