Summer 2021 update

Nature Day Camp in summer 2021 will look different than other summers. We are following all the recommendations put out by the CDC, Multnomah County, and Oregon Early Learning Division's Emergency Childcare Guidelines. Due to the requirement for stable groups and increased numbers of staff on site because of physical distancing, we will not be offering partial-day preschool camps or a Jr Educator (formerly Jr Naturalist) program in 2021. We hope to bring both of these parts of the program back in summer 2022.

We are still waiting to find out details on the opening day of registration.

General information

We offer camps for children age 5-12 at six locations in Portland: Hoyt Arboretum, Mt Tabor Park, Pier Park, Powell Butte Nature Park, Sellwood Park/Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge, and Whitaker Ponds Natural Area

Reminder: Before you register, make sure you are familiar with our camp policies
