Portland residents can register for the Portland Parks & Recreation Access Discount to receive a discount for garden plot fees. The discount amount is selected by the gardener based on their need. Plot fees are for the garden season which runs November 1 - October 31 each year.
The Access Discount form will take less than five minutes to complete.
You can register for the Access Discount online or over the phone.
City of Portland residents can register for a free Access Pass to receive a discount of 25%, 50%, 75%, or 90% off based on financial need. The discount is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment. No proof of income is required.
