Bloomington Park Restroom Renovation
Thanks to the passage of the Parks Replacement Bond, funds were available to renovate the restrooms at Bloomington Park, including demolishing walls, re-configuring interior walls to provide ADA-compliant restrooms, installing new plumbing and fixtures, and improving roof drainage. The restrooms are now two all user restrooms with single occupancy.
Additional ADA improvements included replacing the pathway between the playground and SE Steele to provide an ADA-compliant route and the addition of signage and a curb cut for a reserved ADA parking space on SE Steele.
The Bloomington Park Restroom Renovation was completed in February 2018.
