ADA Complaints

PP&R Programs for People with Disabilities

ADA Transition Plans
In compliance with Title II of the ADA, and in an effort to make all City of Portland facilities and programs accessible, the City has created Transition Plans. Transition Plans identify barriers to access City facilities that are open to the public and a timeline for barrier removal.

The Disability Division within the Office of Equity and Human Rights supports the City's efforts to comply with Title II of the ADA and promotes equal access and full participation in City programs, services, activities, and spaces.
