PP&R ADA Title II Resources

Information
Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R) works to ensure the bureau's programs, services, and spaces are accessible to all Portlanders, including people with disabilities, in compliance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

ADA Accommodation Requests

Request an accommodation under the ADA for any PP&R or City of Portland program, service, event, or activity by completing the ADA Request form or by calling PDX 311 at 503-823-4000, or 711 for TTY via Oregon Relay Service.

ADA Complaints

File an ADA Complaint with the City of Portland if you believe you have received unequal treatment or discrimination on the grounds of disability. You can also call PDX 311 at 503-823-4000, or 711 for TTY via Oregon Relay Service.

PP&R Programs for People with Disabilities

All PP&R programs, services, events, and activities are open to people with disabilities. We also offer programs specifically designed for people with disabilities.

ADA Transition Plans

In compliance with Title II of the ADA, and in an effort to make all City of Portland facilities and programs accessible, the City has created Transition Plans. Transition Plans identify barriers to access City facilities that are open to the public and a timeline for barrier removal.
