To find specific activities, please go to the links under "Activities." The list is on the menu to the right on a computer or at the bottom of the page on a mobile device. This guide organizes activities by city region. East and Southeast, North and Northeast, and Southwest Portland. You are welcome to visit any Portland Parks & Recreation center. Use the Find a Park map to see where community and arts centers, indoor pools, and outdoor pools are located.
Registered Activities: You must sign up and pay (if there is a fee) in advance for registered activities. These activities usually occur over a five or 10-week session. Registration opens twice each season. You can sign up online, on the phone, or in person at any recreation center or pool.
Drop-in Activities: For drop-in activities, you pay (if there is a fee) at the front desk when you arrive for the activity. Schedules are available in print and online at community centers and pools.

Support Services
We believe recreation is for everyone. To support people participating in activities, we offer a variety of services.
- If the price of activities is too high, you can sign up for an Access Discount and get 25%, 50%, 75%, or 90% off. Access Discounts are only available for City of Portland residents. You do not need to show proof of income.
- If you are registered for an activity and have a disability, you can request support from Inclusion Services.
- If you need to request an ADA accommodation, call 3-1-1 (503-823-4000 outside Multnomah County or VOIP). Once you submit a form, a PP&R staff member will respond within three days.
