City of Portland Hearing on Substantial Amendment to Action Plan FY 2024-25: Application for Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program (Legacy Challenge)
Portland intends to apply to HUD’s Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program. This application triggers a substantial amendment to the approved Action Plan from FY 2024-25. A public hearing will be held on May 7, 3:00-4:00pm on Zoom and at PHB. Please register through the link in the description.
