Code Enforcement Hearings

Only a city employee may request a Code Enforcement Hearing.
If you are a city employees, navigate to our online Case Management System to log in and request a hearing. For members of the public trying to access a case that has already been filed, contact the Hearings Office for login assistance.

The City's Hearings Office conducts impartial administrative hearings and renders decisions in matters which may be appealed to the Hearings Office. 

Complete the Appeal Hearing Request form, submit a full copy of the City violations and any supporting documents. 

IMPORTANT: Members of the Public: You cannot use this form to appeal a tow of your vehicle. To challenge the towing of your vehicle, please visit Request a Tow Hearing
