The Portland Hearings Office conducts impartial administrative hearings regarding the licensure and regulation of homes under the Multnomah County Adult Care Home Program.

Time varies by case.

Requests for hearing are filed through the Multnomah County Adult Care Home Program (ACHP). Please visit ACHP for more information about these types of cases.
