The Portland Charter Commission needs you to add your voice about the future of Portland before the November 2022 election.
Join us for two exciting workshop opportunities this month to prepare for the Commission’s public hearings this May! If you haven’t heard the latest news about the Portland Charter Commission’s progress, now is your time to get informed and involved.
In May, the Charter Commission will host a series of public hearings to hear from Portlanders and help refine their proposals. To help community members prepare for the public hearings, learn more about how to testify, and dive into the Charter Commission’s proposals, the Coalition of Communities of Color is hosting two Charter Review Testimony Workshops.
Both workshops will cover the same content, so sign up for the date that works the best for you! The events will be hosted virtually on Tuesday, April 19 from 5-6:30 PM and Tuesday, April 26 from 5-6:30 PM.
