Please submit your public comment using this online form

All comments are shared with the Charter Commission in advance.  Please submit comments by 8:00 a.m. two business days before the full Charter Commission meeting, in order to give Commissioners time to review. You may also email public comments to CharterReview@portlandoregon.gov with the subject line public comment. 

Public comments are posted on our website, public comments can be found in the documents section of our website or embedded within each Charter Commission meeting event.

All comments received will be added into the meeting record and may be subject to disclosure upon request under Oregon’s Public Records Law (ORS 192.410 – 192.505).
