City Launches COVID-19 Household Assistance Program

The City of Portland program opens to the public Tuesday to help Portlanders pay for household needs. The program is part of a $36 million City investment in COVID-19 housing relief.

COVID-19 Rent Relief Program (CVRRP) Expanded Partner Network

The COVID-19 Rent Relief Program was created to prevent evictions caused by the financial and health impacts of COVID-19. Funded by City of Portland CARES CRF funds, program delivery will be through a collaboration of PHB, partner organizations, Home Forward, and Multnomah County.

Mortgage Counseling and Navigation Services

Low Income homeowners will receive financial and foreclosure prevention counseling, and/or support in navigating CARES Act Mortgage Relief options from one of four culturally specific non-profit community partners that serve BIPOC communities.

Homeowner Financial Assistance

This program will provide financial assistance to at least 230 homeowners to prevent involuntary displacement due to impacts of COVID-19.
